Both have a plethora of experience steering their organizations through the COVID-19 crisis. From pivoting to online Zoom classes, managing outdoor parkour, to fostering a sense of community virtually, this panel is for you!

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

BLAKE EVITT – PARKOUR GENERATIONS AMERICAS

Blake Evitt was a Division 1 college cross country and track athlete when he first tried a parkour class in France. In 2010 he was awarded a prestigious Thomas J Watson Fellowship to continue his exploration on the sport and its evolution taking him around the world. His amazing experiences influenced him to launch Parkour Generations Americas. Today Blake continues to help manage the Somerville / Boston parkour community, develop ADAPT instructors, and is a director for the United States Parkour Association. 

DANI FITCHETT – INFINITE MOVEMENT ACADEMY

Dani is a mom to four kiddos and Gym Mom and Chaos Coordinator at her gym, Infinite Movement Academy, located in the desert of Southern California. Dani’s professional life ranges from Finance Manager at BMW, to Restaurant Manager, to Bookkeeper for Coldwell Banker, to Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. She has put hundreds of hours into her continuing education including receiving her Hardstyle Kettlebell Certificate, becoming a NASM certified personal trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a certified powerlifting coach with USPA, and in 2016 she received her WFPF Level 1 coaching certificate.

ADAM MCCLELLAN – PARKOUR GENERATIONS LEHIGH VALLEY

Adam’s business experience comes from his parkour journey, as well as his professional journey outside of parkour. In addition to being a Director at Parkour Generations Americas and the owner of Parkour Generations Lehigh Valley, Adam also works in the child care business and oversees 5 locations within the Lehigh Valley area. These locations collectively run in excess of 7 million dollars a year in revenue, with 130+ employees involved. Between this experience and running martial arts and parkour businesses, Adam has learned important lessons about the use of numbers to manage operations and become more successful.

JUSTIN TAYLOR – FIRESTORM FREERUNNING

Justin Taylor is the child who became a man yet refused to grow up. Justin grew up as an athlete, competing in Gymnastics, Cheer (2x US National Champion), High Diving (2x Collegiate), and street skating (8th place world Finals). Justin received his first coaching job at the age of 13 teaching gymnastics. While in college he found and fell in love with parkour. After several years of training, he did as many do, and took his love of training parkour and transferred into teaching it. He started the small parkour program at a local gymnastics gym. After seeing its success, he started his first parkour Gym, Firestorm Freerunning & Acrobatics in Southern California. Firestorm has since expanded to include a second facility with a third facility on its way Summer 2021. Missing competing in sports Justin created the West Coast Parkour Championships, the 2nd largest series of Parkour Competitions in North America. The WCPKC is a series of competitions centered around having fun, while creating skill challenges, speed courses, and Freestyle for all ages and skill levels. Justin also runs Parkour Professor, a consultation and systems service for aspiring gym owners.

ALAN TRAN- ENSO MOVEMENT

After stumbling across parkour on the internet in 2006, Alan Tran recognized fitness, and movement were the containers for him to help others explore themselves. He has worked to secure the North Carolina parkour community through a multitude of public gatherings, workshops, and service. While attending NC State University, he established the school-sanctioned parkour club. Alan founded Enso Movement to foster the growth and education of parkour, its values, and community. He continues to collaborate with athletes, artists, and designers on many projects including SPARKcon, Art of Retreat, United States Parkour Association, and more. Whether teaching classes or studying movement, Alan firmly aspires to help everyone explore the depths of parkour and its values to reveal their truths.

MODERATOR – CRAIG CONSTANTINE – MOVERS MINDSET

Craig Constantine is a student of art du déplacement, podcaster, blogger, avid reader, casual mountain-bike cyclist, programmer, system administrator, and problem solver. Craig Constantine leads a busy life. He is most famous in the parkour community for his Movers Mindset podcast. Movers Mindset examines the nature and philosophy of movement by exploring themes like independence, self-direction, and human excellence. We promote self-improvement through our podcast and forum.
