The UPSK membership is your connection to information and expertise on the growing practice of parkour. As a member of the national membership organization dedicated to parkour, you will be part of a dynamic network that includes practitioners, leaders, professionals, innovators, and athletes from all regions.
Athlete Memberships
Memberships for parkour athletes that wish to compete at regional and/or national level events. Athlete memberships is required for results to forward through regional qualifications in the USPK National Competition circuit.
Competitor Membership ($30)
A basic membership for parkour athletes.

A full membership for parkour athletes that comes with Spot Practitioner Injury Insurance.

Membership FAQ
Should I buy athlete injury insurance?
We strongly recommend purchasing and adding on the Athlete Insurance. Sometimes the unexpected occurs. All memberships come with the option to purchase either the Athlete Insurance or Athlete Insurance Plus to protect you when an accident occurs while practicing parkour.
Is athlete injury insurance required?
No, athlete injury insurance is not requred to participate in USPK events. USPK partners with Spot Insurance to provide coverage for our members. The $90 annual membership includes insurance for individual training and non-event parkour activities. However, insurance coverage for participation in USPK events requires an additional fee and is not included in the annual membership. This separation was determined by our insurance provider.
Based on feedback from gyms in our circuit, many expressed a preference for keeping competitor costs as low as possible. As a result, we chose not to include the event participant insurance fee in competitor ticket costs. Additionally, per our agreement with Spot Insurance, this fee cannot be “opt-in” for individual competitors; it would need to be mandatory for all competitors. Recognizing the potential financial impact, we decided to exclude it for the time being.
The membership you’re considering does still cover your athletes competing at other events, training outdoors worldwide, and indoors at gyms outside of the USPK competition itself.
Refund Policy
Refund cancellation insurance can be added for $3.47.
What’s covered:
- Get back up to 100% of non-refundable registration fees if the covered individual is unable to participate.
- Over 70 covered reasons, including illness, injury, severe weather, transportation difficulties, and so much more.
- Coverage begins the day after the policy is purchased.

Parkour gyms, businesses, and organizations are the foundation of the sport in the US. Business and organization memberships are for organizations ranging from local clubs, associations, gyms, to businesses.
Business & Organization Membership ($400)
A basic membership for parkour organizations.
- Eligibility to run official USPK-sanctioned events, competitions, and tournaments

What is USPK?
The United States Parkour Association (USPK) is the National Governing Body for Parkour, Freerunning and L’Art du Deplacement in the USA. It is a non-profit organization formed by members of the parkour community, committed to growing and protecting the discipline of parkour through events, education, and outreach.
